RingWage provides Phone Protection Reports — digital PDF reports that include a privacy audit, spam risk score, data broker exposure check, and Do-Not-Call registration guidance for a phone number you provide.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using it, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to agree to these terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

• Phone Protection Reports are priced at the rate displayed at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Reports are delivered electronically (PDF via email) after payment.
• All sales are final. Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion or where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit phone numbers you are not authorized to look up.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Resell reports or use them for harassment, stalking, or any harmful purpose.

6. Accuracy and Disclaimers

Reports are generated using third-party data sources and reflect information available at the time of generation. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingWage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and report formats on ringwage.com are the property of RingWage. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data.
